Steve founded Total IT in 2006, bringing with him his IT knowledge and experience from working at Small corporates to multi billion pound corporations.

Amy Pritchett

Amy heads up the Business Management team, ensuring our clients many requests are answered, ensuring meetings happen on time with clear agendas.

She manages the finances and has helped us grow into a profitable customer service focused company.

Emma Wilkinson

As Head of Business Development, Emma leads both the Business Development and Customer Success teams, driving strategic growth and ensuring exceptional client engagement. With a strong background in executive support and a sharp eye for detail, she brings a unique blend of insights and relationship-building expertise to the role. Emma is passionate about delivering value to clients and fostering long-term partnerships that support the company’s evolving goals.

Nicola Browes

Nicola manages the day to day operations of the customer service team. She brings knowledge and dedication, ensuring that her team are providing quality quotations and advice to all of our clients. She likes to delve into client accounts, ensuring they are reviewed consistently and are not paying for anything extra.

Service Desk Manager

Charlotte Whitenburgh

Charlotte heads up our core Service Desk team which consists of the 1st,2nd & 3rd Line. Charlotte is a long-standing team member with Total IT and has worked her way from an apprentice to becoming a Manager, she knows exactly which engineer has the skills for the task in hand.
